I had a severe deep bite, and I got orthodontic treatment without extractions. I was worried because my mouth protruded a lot when I wore the palatal expander? but thankfully, by the time treatment was finishing, it went back to normal! I am a little curious whether my jaw area would have become narrower if I had done it with extractions... haha. Still, at other clinics they said non-extraction treatment would absolutely not be possible, so I am very satisfied!!! It actually worked.. The improvement effect on the retruded chin is not dramatic, but I think it is there!! I still want more improvement, so I am looking into fillers.
