Review of nonsurgical correction for a protruding jaw

I had malocclusion where my upper and lower teeth didn’t fit together properly, but I was scared to have surgery, so I finished orthodontic treatment at a hospital specializing in nonsurgical treatment. But for me, my midface, meaning my maxilla, is underdeveloped, so even after finishing orthodontics, the protruding-jaw look is still thereㅠㅠ They say it can be corrected with orthodontics if it’s not a case where the lower face is extremely developed and surgery is necessary, but depending on the person, some people lose the protruding-jaw look, while others like me have a corrected bite but still look the same, so you really need to choose carefullyㅠㅠ Even after orthodontics, I’m still worrying about facial contouringㅜㅠ
