Because I had an acquired protruding mouth (I sucked my fingers until late), it's been about 8 years since I had orthodontic treatment. I had fixed appliances for 4-5 years, and I've been wearing retainers until now. Hmm, but honestly, the protruding mouth wasn't improved perfectly. I still have a receding chin.. lol I'm looking into things like double-chin muscle tying. But my teeth became really pretty, so wherever I go, people always say I have healthy-looking teeth when I smile. Anyway, my conclusion is that protruding mouth can improve, but it's better not to expect a dramatic effect.
