It’s too high, so it’s red and showing through.... I want to lower it and make the nasal tip shape not look too unnatural. Please recommend a clinicㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
