I can feel the silicone at the tip of my nose, and unlike before, I keep feeling a foreign-body sensation in my nose. It’s been almost 8 years since my rhinoplasty, and I’m worried something might break through, so I’m also wondering if I should get revision surgery. So about a month ago, I went around to clinics and got CT scans. They said the silicone had shifted a bit to the right, but not enough to need revision surgery, and that it was okay, so I thought I should just live with it. But now my mind is complicated againㅠㅠ What should I do in a case like this..?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
