Before the consultation) I arrived right on time, filled out the chart, and waited 5 minutes. The atmosphere of the clinic felt somewhat more rigid compared to ㅋㅇ. The consultant called me in, and I had the consultation in the consultation room. The consultant kindly guided me. Consultation) They said the doctor would come after a 30-minute wait, but after I went into the consultation room, I waited another 30 minutes... After already waiting an hour, I spoke directly with the doctor. Instead of lateral canthoplasty, I was recommended medial canthoplasty. I waited an hour, and the consultation seemed to end within 10 minutes... They apologized, but compared with how long I waited, the consultation was extremely formal and short, so I was dumbfounded. After the consultation) After consulting with the doctor, I was able to see the consultant a full 20 minutes later... The total waiting time was almost an hour and a half, so this is the first clinic I have been to that made people wait like this. They explained aftercare/service and pricing, and the price could have been set low with an acquaintance discount, but overall it felt formal and rushed, so I have no intention of revisiting.
