It’s for rhinoplasty, and I went to consultations at several places, but I’m deciding between two.
Both seem to have a natural style, and the plan is osteotomy + columella lowering/protrusion + raising the nasal tip, using ear cartilage as the material.
At ㅇㅂㄹ, they would also use the nasal septum as a support.
At Apgujeong ㅇㅇㅂ, they said they would use the nasal septum to make the columella, and if a step-off develops in the nose, they may use silicone depending on how it looks then... I don’t have a hump, and my nasal bridge is already high, so they said if only the tip is raised, a step-off could form. They said only a small amount of soft silicone would go in, but I’m still a bit scared.
ㅇㅂㄹ costs 4.7 million won, and Apgujeong ㅇㅇㅂ is 5 million won. Honestly, the cost is pretty much the same...ㅎ I went to consultations at several places, and these two were the ones I liked the most, so I’m torn.
I saw a review somewhere saying that at ㅇㅂㄹ, some people said they couldn’t feel any before-and-after difference at all and that it was a waste of moneyㅜ The doctor also honestly told me that there probably wouldn’t be much effect from the front view. For ㅇㅇㅂ, the possibility of silicone makes me hesitant, but the doctor has a really long career, so I somehow feel a subtle sense of trust...
Does anyone happen to know any reviews or information? Both places seem fine, but there’s almost no information, so it’s really hard to decide...
