I kept doing warm compresses today too, and because it was cold, I couldn't go out for a walk. Still, I tried to keep sitting up, but since I'm someone who usually lies down every day, I keep lying down without realizing it ^_^...
Since I keep the humidifier on while sleeping, my mouth gets less dry! It's not that it doesn't dry out at all~ I didn't take any juices, but maybe it's just my constitution, I feel like the swelling is going down quickly. My dad said a lot of the swelling has gone down lol. Then I'm off to eat cheese balls, bye
