I had 4 mm silicone, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, septal cartilage, columella lift, and bulbous nose correction! Most of the major swelling has gone down, and only the nasal tip still feels firm with scar tissue, but once that improves, I think I’ll be very satisfied!
