Wearing Invisalign for 3 years now

If someone I know says they’re getting orthodontic treatment, I recommend metal braces. I think Invisalign would be good for very simple correction, but if the teeth need to move overall, the traditional metal method seems better. I’m in my third year of wearing them now, and while they have the advantage of being convenient in daily life, it seems difficult to make detailed corrections with them. Also, if you leave the trays out for a long time, it seems like the teeth relapse faster. For reference, I’m comparing them as someone who had metal braces when I was young. I also have a friend around me who did Invisalign, and that friend’s front teeth ended up tilted diagonally. In my opinion, transparent trays seem a bit too weak to move the teeth all the way down to the roots. That’s why I saw that and asked to have it done for a longer period too! I hope this helps!!
