I got orthodontic treatment because of protruding mouth, and I was really satisfied with the result, but I slept at night without wearing my retainer, and now everything has shifted.. Now the gaps between my teeth are so wide that food gets stuck so muchㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠ They say if I get orthodontic treatment again, my gums will weaken, so I’m thinking about itㅋㅋㅋㅋ sigh
