Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews@jaw-review

I had orthodontic treatment for 3 years and 6 months, and it’s been almost 1 year since I got my braces off…

<First day with braces>After<6 months after getting braces off>My malocclusion was very severe, and because my jaw was small, my teeth were extremely crooked and I had severe snaggle teeth too. So I went for consultations to get orthodontic treatment in my teens, but I kept going back and forth overseas, so I ultimately couldn’t do it, and I started orthodontic treatment in my late 20s.. My upper jaw teeth went in a lot with orthodontics, but the orthodontic clinic told me from the beginning that the lower jaw couldn’t be pushed in with orthodontics because it wasn’t that the teeth were protruding, but because of the upward-positioned gum roots..

If I had come just a few years earlier, they could have done surgery to push in the gum roots, but because I came with severe cavities, they said surgery to push in the gum roots was impossible unless all the lower teeth were replaced with implants!

So in the end, my lower jaw didn’t go in with orthodontics, but my upper teeth went in a lot, my teeth are straight, the midline matches, and I’m very satisfied!
