The last hospital I visited after going around and comparing places by foot. It was a consultation sequence of CT scan, manager, doctor, manager, and both the manager and the doctor gave a consultation that felt humane and sincere. They printed out the photos I had taken and drew directly on top of them. There was no consultation fee, and they kept asking whether I had any more questions. Even as they got up awkwardly from the chair before leaving, they asked again if there was anything else I wanted to ask, and they seemed to check whether I looked like I still had something on my mind, so I could not leave right away haha. They said they would need to use all sorts of materials, but I had heard the same explanation at the previous place I consulted, so I decided to use silicone + donor rib + septum + ear cartilage. Even in the final manager consultation, there was no rush to get me to book quickly, and they never contacted me first to bother me either. In the end I set a date and decided to have the surgery here.
