In eyes that had -10, severe astigmatism, and high myopia, I got lens implantation and found the light!! But because my astigmatism was so, so, so severe, about -0.5 was left when I first had it done. Depending on my eye condition, I sometimes feel the astigmatism, or otherwise I just seem to maintain a not-bad level of vision.
I can’t rub my eyes hard like I used to, but I have no problem removing eye makeup, and I definitely think dry eye is less than with LASEK or LASIK!
And the halo/ring phenomenon was there a bit in the beginning, but now I only notice it when driving at night or when I’m tired, and there’s no problem at all in daily life!!
