10 Years After LASIK

There was a vision correction category here too, wow;

When I was little, if I put my eyes really close to the TV, I could see red, green, and blue lines, and I found it really fun to look at them + I grew a lot in middle school + Ptosis! The round glasses look was basically set!

I wore thick glasses with high-index lenses. They were seriously so uncomfortable lol. When I took my glasses off, the world was so blurry that I really had no confidence going outside without them.

When I turned 20, I thought, ah, I don't think I can go to the military like this. So at the time there was a famous ophthalmology clinic in Yeonsu, and I had something called Smart LASIK or whatever there... It's been so long since the surgery that I don't remember well, but when I checked their website now, it seems like the name of the surgery I had back then isn't there anymore;; huh..

The effect was seriously so good.

I can't even describe how freeing it is not to have to wear glasses. Back then, I really felt I needed it, so I did it, but I also heard a lot of things like even ophthalmologists don't let their own children get LASIK, what's so good about that surgery, etc. lol But even if I went back, I'd do it two or three times over..

Everyone, if you do a double eyelid surgery and LASIK or LASEK combo, make sure to watch out for dry eye ㅠ.. My eyes were so dry and gritty that I recently went to an ophthalmology clinic, and the doctor said, whether I'm just easygoing or what.. with this level, I should have come to the hospital much earlier. They said there are a lot of scratches on my eyeballs ㅠㅠ Now I carry eye drops around..
