Nose Surgery Reviews

I had revision surgery at [Clinic A]

It has been a long time since my nose surgery, and as time passed, my nose started to look a bit long and my columella and tip looked slightly droopy, so this time I had revision surgery at [Clinic A] This time they replaced the existing implant and also used autologous costal cartilage, so the whole nose was revised again. I especially disliked the nose looking long and droopy, so I mentioned this a lot during the consultation from the start The doctor looked at my overall proportions and adjusted the columella and tip line together. Since this was revision surgery, there was also some scar tissue inside, and I was told they removed that scar tissue during the operation too. It definitely seems like revision surgery has more areas to fix than the first surgery, so I think it really matters to do it at a place with a lot of experience The swelling still needs more time to go down, but the tip and columella line already look more refined than before, and the overall long-looking impression has been reduced a lot, so I am satisfied. I really thought about revision surgery for a long time, but now I feel like I made the right decision
