It was not an extremely low nose, but it had a slight bulbous-tip look and generally seemed a bit plain. This time I had my first nose surgery at [Clinic A]! I had a custom implant and autologous costal cartilage used for the surgery, and I feel like I have simply graduated after this first nose surgery lol The shape is not overly dramatic, and it came out exactly the way I wanted, so I am honestly super satisfied lol I was actually very worried that the tip would become too sharp and end up looking like Pinocchio But now that I look at it, it turned out so naturally that my earlier worry feels almost funny lol The autologous costal cartilage area had a little pain at first after surgery, but after two or three days it gradually got better, and anyway I am most satisfied with the result now For anyone who does not want a flashy nose but does have a slight bulbous-tip look, I recommend going in for a consultation here. I really feel like this first surgery was the end for me, and that makes me very happy lol
