[Clinic A] Seomyeon branch forehead and glabella Botox review

This was a place I visited often because the prices were relatively low compared with other factory-style clinics. However, every time I went, even if I had a reservation, I often had to wait more than 30 minutes just to get a consultation, and even when I went for a simple procedure, I still had to go through a consultation first, which was always inconvenient. In particular, even when I visited after seeing an event price or limited-time price, I was often pushed toward more expensive procedures or products during the consultation. For cheaper products, they would explain them as if they were not good, and I even heard remarks like, "I don't understand why you would choose a cheaper injection when it's the kind that's suitable for your body," which made the consultation feel burdensome. This time I only wanted glabella Botox, but the consultation manager told me I should get the forehead done too, and I was also urged to choose a more expensive Botox product. After the consultation, I agreed to get the forehead and glabella treated with a moderately priced product. But during the doctor's examination, without any particular check or explanation about my eyebrows, the strength of my eyelid opening, or my existing condition, the procedure was carried out exactly as the consultation manager had decided. After a few days, my eyes felt heavy and did not open well, and my double eyelid line had become almost invisible. Even now, my eyes are still almost closed, and I am very stressed. After the problem came up, I contacted the clinic, but instead of a clear explanation or active response, the answers were mostly just that I should wait, which was even more disappointing. Compared with how aggressively they had recommended several products and extra procedures before the treatment, the response after the problem appeared was very disappointing. I am waiting to see whether it improves while using warm compresses, but personally I regret this procedure a lot. They had also recommended other treatments such as forehead filler, and it feels like I was lucky not to have taken those additional procedures as well. I had also received mole removal treatment there three times before, but in the end they never went away. If someone around me says they want Botox at this clinic in the future, I would not recommend it. If you are considering visiting, please do not just look at the price or the promotion; make sure you fully check the treatment details, the possibility of side effects, and how they handle aftercare before deciding.
