The protruding keloid scar is completely gone

Before surgery, because of the keloid beside my nose, a lot of sebum would get trapped between the nostril and the scar, which caused acne and gave me a lot of trouble when putting on makeup. Even after steroid injections for the keloid, the size did not decrease, and at the dermatology clinic they said it had grown too large and recommended surgery, so I ended up looking for a plastic surgery clinic! Since it was a scar on my face, they recommended sedation anesthesia, and I was scared because it was my first time having both surgery and sedation anesthesia, but the operation ended much faster than I expected, which was amazing! After the surgery I kept having business trips scheduled, so I thought managing the surgical site would be hard, but in fact, aside from showering, they kindly explained how to care for it, so it was not difficult. If I covered the surgical site with an Aqua Band before showering, even showering was not difficult! However, because it was beside my nose, right after surgery it was a little difficult to eat because the surgical site moved every time I ate. After the stitches were removed, the surgical site was still red at first, so I thought a scar might remain, but now it has healed so well that people do not even know I had surgery. The scar was in the area of the nasolabial fold, and the doctor was worried that the nasolabial fold could become deeper, but contrary to those worries, the nasolabial fold actually became less noticeable, to the point that I wanted the opposite side operated on too. It healed really well haha I met friends after a long time, and even they could not remember that I had a keloid scar, which shows how well the surgery went and how well it healed! I also had a lot of sebum build up and occasional acne for a while, which was hard, but after the surgery my life became so much more comfortable that I am really satisfied! Putting on makeup is easier now and I do not get acne anymore!
