I blurred my face, but my eyes and mouth are on the larger, more glamorous side~~ My nose was small and my columella was short, so I was worried I looked a bit pig-like, but I finally had surgery and canceled my MayTube VIP subscription lol^^ My friends mostly thought my bridge wasn’t even especially low, and asked why I’d take the risk of nose surgery at all, but after they saw the result they immediately said they had been wrong and asked why it suited me so well lol I’m a bit picky about aesthetics, so I can tell what suits my face really well....^^ Since the columella was lowered, my philtrum looks shorter too, and my overall impression has become much more refined. My eyes, mouth, and the rest of my face finally feel balanced. Thanks to my nose, I got one step closer to the style I’m aiming for hehe I went around for consultations only at places that were known for glamorous results, and among them I got it done at a place that designs based on facial proportion analysis. What do you think, everyone??? Since I used autologous costal cartilage, the tip feels a bit different from before, but I’m really, really satisfied. I think only autologous costal cartilage could achieve this level of columella correction and tip shape, so I have no regrets about the material choice, and the rib area has healed a lot so the scar is barely visible now! The most satisfying time is when I take selfies, and my Instagram followers have also increased a bit after surgery haha
