How is no-implant nose surgery before and after? Even without an implant, the line correction turned out so well... As time passed and the swelling went down, the line really settled in a lot. I never thought I would end up going around preaching cosmetic surgery to people around me, but after the surgery I keep advertising it to everyone because I really love it.
