I was advised to have the necessary nose procedures: cosmetic nose surgery for a bulbous nose and short nose correction, plus functional nose surgery for a crooked nose, rhinitis, and a deviated septum. It has been a few months since I had the full nose surgery. The hospital was [Clinic A] near Gangnam Station. The chief director was Director Lee Seung-ho. I had been worrying about cosmetic surgery because every time pollen season came around I would start sneezing like crazy, and it was getting worse and more uncomfortable, so I was planning to get rhinitis surgery, but I ended up getting functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery at the same time. My nose tip was short and it was a lifted nose where the nostrils showed easily, so I worried that my nose tip might droop after surgery, but so far it does not look like it has dropped at all, and the nostrils show much less now. It looks natural just right. I even had a nasal endoscopy, and after checking in detail, they said my nose had a deviated septum, meaning the septum was crooked. My rhinitis was severe with intense sneezing, and I had not really felt much discomfort when breathing, but after correcting it with functional nose surgery, breathing became more comfortable too.
