My boyfriend says the area under his eyes looks kind of dark and uneven, and he wants lower eye bag surgery. Where would be good to go? These days it seems like people in their 20s and 30s get it a lot too. It definitely makes the impression look cleaner, but T_T I'm worried about which hospital to visit...
