Double Eyelid Consultation Walk-in Review for Two Clinics

1. Ddeokka (Dr. G. H. S.) - Recommended: buried sutures + upper canthoplasty I got there earlier than my reservation, so excluding the waiting time, I waited about 30 minutes. First of all, I liked that they recommended only what I originally intended to get. Actually, I thought I might need a little front canthoplasty, but they said I did not. I originally went in thinking only of an inner-out line, but the doctor also recommended a semi-out line. Looking at the surgical reviews and the line design, I could tell they were pursuing something elegant and glamorous rather than just natural. Since I live in a rural area, it is hard for me to come back to remove stitches, so I liked that the upper canthoplasty could be done with dissolvable thread. If I did not book on the same day, it was in the high 200s, but if I booked that day it was in the low 200s, so I got tempted and made a reservation, then canceled it Same-day booking was not exactly forced, but they did recommend it quite a bit. Still, both the doctor and the manager were kind. 2. Oina (Dr. Ch. T. J.) - Recommended: buried sutures + front canthoplasty + upper canthoplasty (+ eye opening correction) The consultation ended with almost no waiting time (since it is a one-doctor clinic, the wait is a bit of a gamble). It seemed like they focused more on the nose than the eyes, so I wondered whether to go there. They marked lines at 6 mm and 6.5 mm, but when I asked them to choose, they said 6 mm looked more natural and told me to go with 6 mm. They definitely seemed to value a natural look and making the double eyelid surgery not obvious. What was interesting was that when they saw my face photo at Ddeokka, it looked like I did not need eye opening correction, but here, after looking at the photo, it seemed like I did need it lol. But they said it would be fine even if I did not do it, so I decided not to for now. The doctor also said he really only makes the front canthoplasty a tiny bit wider, and in the actual reviews, the front canthoplasty barely shows at all. Whether that is good or bad... The aesthetic sense was definitely okay.
