I decided to get nose surgery to correct my bulbous nose, and I wasn't very greedy about the nasal bridge! I think it would be good to keep in mind that I was looking for clinics that do a natural to naturally defined line when I went for consultations. (I think uploading photos of my nose may help people with similar cases, so I'll upload them.)
1. ㅋㅂㅈ Waiting time: about 5 minutes CT scan X, facial photo shoot X -> The doctor touched and examined my nose from different angles.
Surgical method: osteotomy + round nose correction (ear cartilage, septal cartilage), predicted that bulbous nose correction would happen naturally and is not needed right now - sedation anesthesia
Cost: high 3 million KRW range
This clinic was 2nd-3rd in my mind. Both the doctor and the consultant were kind during the consultation. The doctor drew a picture to explain what shape my nose has, and explained with photos what results came out when similar cases had similar surgery!
Overall, it was a clinic where the consultation was satisfying.
2. ㅁㅇㄷ - Director Lee Young-taek Waiting time: 40 minutes -> My clinic appointment was at 11:30, but I arrived a bit early and went at 11, and had the consultation around 12:10.

It wasn't a clinic that completely suited my taste, but it was famous and I had seen many recommendation posts, so I thought, let's go for a consultation once! The consultant was kind, but even though it was morning, the doctor looked extremely tired (I don't mean that he wasn't kind). Based on the photos taken, he drew on top of them and used Photoshop while explaining that the surgery would be done with this kind of feel.
It wasn't bad, but the doctor felt so worn out from work that I wondered whether he could fully focus on me..? Also, there were many staff members, but the clinic felt a bit hectic.
3. ㅊㄷㅊ - Director Kim Tae-hwan Waiting time: about 30 minutes

Surgical method: nasal bridge (whole Gore-Tex membrane or silicone) + bulbous nose correction (septal cartilage, ear cartilage) - sedation anesthesia -> Based on the CT scan, he explained the size of my septal cartilage and said that for me, it was a sufficient size.
Cost: high 3 million KRW range
The review photos were very much my taste, and I hadn't seen bad comments about the clinic. It was my first-choice clinic! Both the consultant and the doctor were kind, and before the consultation, they played a video with knowledge related to nose surgery, which helped me understand the nose. I could see that the doctor was trying to match the nose to my taste. My perception of silicone wasn't very good, but he explained the advantages and side effects of silicone in detail, so from this clinic onward, I felt less burdened about silicone.
The doctor was really bright, and it was a consultation where he listened carefully to what I wanted, so I was satisfied with this clinic.
4. ㅍㄹㅁㅇ - Director ㅊㅎㅅ Waiting time: about 1 hour 10 minutes or more -> When I made the consultation reservation, I specified the director and booked for 3:30, so what kind of situation is it that he was in surgery at 3:30... Still, since surgery can unexpectedly take longer, I understand up to that point. But shouldn't the surgery at least have been wrapped up by 4? Isn't it basic courtesy and common sense between both sides to schedule consultations so they don't overlap with surgery time^^ It felt like waiting was considered too natural, so I got really angry.

Surgical method: osteotomy + hump nose correction + nasal bridge (silicone) + bulbous nose correction (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, autologous costal cartilage) - sedation anesthesia -> He looked at my nose and said it was a hump nose and that the hump needed to be shaved, so first I was like, huh? Then he said autologous costal cartilage was definitely needed, so second huh? My nose is absolutely not a hump nose... Of course, it's the degree of natural hump that any person would have. In fact, every other clinic said it was not a hump nose.
I went to this clinic without big expectations, but I was more dissatisfied than I expected. The doctor came right after surgery and rushed through the consultation, and I wondered whether someone who does surgery and consultations so frantically? could really provide surgery and consultation fully for me. In the actual consultation too, he didn't grasp my needs well, and rather than feeling like it was for me, it felt like a factory... Compared with the time I waited, the consultation time was 5 minutes, and it really felt like such a waste of time and money!!
5. ㄷㄹ - Director Song Jin-woo Waiting time: X CT scan O, facial photo shoot O

Surgical method: nasal bridge (silicone) + bulbous nose correction (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, possible use of autologous costal cartilage if insufficient) - sedation anesthesia -> He proceeded with the consultation while prioritizing my opinion most of all.
Of course, the consultant and doctor were kind, and especially the consultant explained the answers to what I asked very clearly and precisely. The doctor explained all the possible effects of surgery, both good and bad, so it felt like he was helping me make a good choice. The clinic was fine, but I think I'll have surgery somewhere else!!
6. ㅇㅂㄹ - Director Kim Da-alm Waiting time: about 10 minutes

Among reviews of in-person clinic visits, I heard people strongly recommend going for a consultation here even if you don't necessarily get surgery here, so I went without big expectations. But unexpectedly, the consultation was so good that I was surprised. I told the doctor that I'm currently a repeat college entrance exam student, and the doctor said, a repeat student should be studying!!! He said he'd explain everything about the nose to me, so from now on I should just focus on studying!! And then he really consulted with me on every single thing very carefully lol. He also listened well to the nose shape with the feel I wanted and gave his own opinions well too. I think I really felt that he was considerate of me and cared about me. -> Even if you don't get surgery at ㅇㅂㄹ, I think it would be good to get a consultation there at least once.
When I was researching clinics online, in-person consultation reviews helped me a lot, so I wrote one too. I'm not the type who explains things well, so the writing is a bit all over the place, but I hope it helps everyone.
