Naturalism consultation- Silicone 4-4.5, correction of a deviated nose, alar reduction, ear cartilage, autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage (silicone also at the glabella), hump shaving, rounded nasal tip, straight-to-slightly-curved line, surgery time 2-2 hours 30 minutes. Autologous costal cartilage requires general anesthesia. Silicone 5 or more is a no-no because the line does not match the forehead. An anesthesiologist is on site, and I think it will improve a lot.
