I had revision surgery because my nasal tip was drooping.. a shocking story..

I had the surgery before my previous one at a private clinic known for rhinoplasty 5 years ago. The director was cheerful and seemed fine, so I had it done at that clinic..? Afterward, my nasal tip gradually started drooping, and within a year it had drooped. I lived with a drooping nasal tip for 5 years, and this time I finally had some money and time, so I finally had revision surgery yesterday. But the doctor at the revision clinic said the previous director had put something strange inside my nose and told me to ask what it was, so I went to the clinic where I had my original nose surgery and asked while discussing revision surgery. I had thought all this time that only septal cartilage and silicone had been used. But that director also said that it was used as septal cartilage. So I told the revision clinic that they said they had only used septal cartilage, and they showed me the CT and said that if it were septal cartilage, it could not appear white on CT, so it seemed they had used another material. I was shocked.. On top of that, they said something else besides silicone had been placed over the nasal bridge area, and that if it was not removed, it could become a big problem.. I was really shocked in so many ways.. That place is a really famous rhinoplasty clinic, and even now it is a private clinic that people always include on their list when visiting clinics for nose consultations.. I’m going to go to the director who did my surgery this time and ask exactly what was inside my nose and whether it’s true that septal cartilage was used.. What was used in both the nasal tip and the nasal bridge shows up white on CT, so that means both are not septal cartilage.. On top of that, they said the nasal tip is too hard to be septal cartilage… And they said that implant is only on the right side and not on the left.. lol Maybe that’s why, when seen from the front, one area where the nasal tip and nostril wing connect was deeply sunken.. Anyway, it was such a huge shock. Later, after the revision stitches are removed, I should ask the director what material was used before..
