Nose Re-Surgery

[Clinic A] aesthetics (low nose, no implant)

I went for a consultation this time. My current condition is: bridge—silicone, tip—ear cartilage. They said I’m not particularly ambitious about raising my bridge, and since it keeps causing inflammatory reactions, I could remove the silicone and capsule and either revise the bridge and nasal tip or, if I’m very worried about the bridge, insert autologous dermis. However, at [Clinic B] they said the bridge could be replaced with Megaderm and the tip did not necessarily need to be touched, so we should only replace the bridge. The cost is considerable, and more importantly, they said there is no point in doing a no-implant procedure if it is replaced with Megaderm... So I’ll pass for now. What worries me is that rumors say [Clinic A] is not good at aesthetics… My natural bridge is really low, but my alar area is fairly decent, and I’m also particular about the tip T_T The coordinator told me to compare my natural nose carefully from the front and side before choosing… Has anyone with a low natural nose had tip surgery without an implant at [Clinic A]? I’d appreciate any information T_T + I consider my nasal tip extremely important
