I visited all the clinics, and it isn’t infection or contracture. I want removal because the silicone has been in for a long time, my skin has become thin, and I feel psychologically anxious. The tip uses a septal extension. I’ll try complete removal first, but they said they might leave the support depending on the situation. There is 4 mm of silicone in place, and my nose still isn’t high; my sunglasses slide down I know I may feel a sense of loss, but I don’t know what to do about the tip. In my current photos, the tip looks square—has it gradually drooped? A lot of time has passed; it used to be round and pretty. It looked slightly upturned from the beginning, so I think that was the design. My original nose wasn’t short or upturned, and another clinic said it may look slightly upturned because a septal extension was done on an average nose. I was firmly planning complete removal, but now I’m deliberating over whether to revise the tip The surgeon prefers leaving at least some support, so there’s a high chance it will remain. In that case, I’m thinking I might as well make the tip prettier. How does it look to everyone? Would revising the tip be better? There isn’t much time left before surgery, so please deliberate with me

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 5 I am deliberating whether to leave the septal support graft in place

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 5 I have a deviated septum, worsening deviation, and visible cartilage—should I leave it alone?
My original clinic suggested trimming it so the visible cartilage wouldn’t show, but the clinic I visited for removal consultation said a deviated septum has a high risk of recurring, so as long as I can breathe, I should just leave it…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 5 [Short nose, piggy nose] Satisfied with revision rhinoplasty
When I first had nose surgery, I only thought about height and didn’t know much about anything else. As time passed, I developed nasal contracture, so I visited five or six clinics, but none was what I wanted. Finally, after consulting Dr.
