Nose Re-Surgery

I had a meltdown after going for a consultation about removing my nasal implant

The reason I had a meltdown is that I originally had surgery for a deviated septum at a plastic surgery clinic. I do not know whether it has recurred or whether the tissue has become stuck together, but my septum is very swollen. When I went for a removal consultation and asked about it, they said it must absolutely not be touched. Is it right not to touch it? I also asked about complete removal, and they said that if my original nose was droopy, it could droop further after complete removal, so they suggested leaving the septal support in place. Would there be no particular side effects then? I do not want a third surgery... I had been considering complete removal, but I do not think my nose should droop more than it originally did, so I decided to leave the columellar support for now. If I do that, will the tip remain hard, making it impossible to sleep face-down on a pillow later? Anyway, I am having a meltdown... I have booked consultations at two more places and plan to go. If you know any clinic besides the three major ones that is good at removing cartilage particles, please let me know. I heard cartilage-particle removal is difficult, so I want it done by a doctor with experience.
