Nose Re-Surgery

First rhinoplasty: columellar scar

I had my first surgery over six months ago, believing the doctor who said not to worry about scars because the clinic had lasers, but I still have a scar like this. If you look closely, the incision marks look whitish, and both sides are bumpy, making it very obvious that the columella was cut and stitched, especially when I stretch my philtrum—the nose and columella get pulled together, right? It looks so creepy then T_T If this was going to happen, I regret trusting the doctor and having the surgery. Even when I mention it to the clinic, they just deny it and say it isn't noticeable... Of course, a third party might not notice, but as the person experiencing it, I can't stop worrying about it... Everyone around me who had rhinoplasty has a smooth, natural-looking columella, so why is mine like this? T_T Would scar removal together with implant removal make it smooth? If anyone in this community has had the same experience, please leave a comment! (I really need empathy..)
