For a while after surgery, the skin on my face felt tight when I smiled, so I would hold back my laughter lol. When I really could not hold it in, I laughed while clutching both cheekbones with my hands. I asked [Clinic A] during a follow-up whether that was okay, and was told that early after surgery, even a small stimulus could cause a deformity if unlucky, so it was best to be as careful as possible lololol. I had worried about sebum and pain after nose surgery, but never about whether I would be unable to laugh. Experiencing it myself, it really was different.
