I had surgery about 8 years ago; it was my first nose surgery. They used ear cartilage and silicone. Now my nose has become lower and slightly asymmetrical, so while looking into revision surgery, I found a review of my first nose surgeon and decided to write one. It was so long ago that my memory may not be exact. At the time, a semi-burnished-line shape was popular, so the tip was projected more than the bridge. If I do it again, I want a straight-natural line. My nose is very small and round, so there was a limit to how much it could be lengthened, and I was told they raised it as much as possible. I liked it at the time. Of course, it became lower earlier, but I am satisfied that I lived with this nose for about 8 years. No complications and almost no scarring. My nostrils are slightly uneven, but it is impossible to make everything 100% identical, so I am slightly more satisfied than average.
