Got My Dream Nose with Customized Rhinoplasty

Some time has already passed since surgery! Now the major swelling has gone down and I can see the shape!! Before, the tip of my nose looked droopy, and from the front my nostrils looked rather wide Dr. Cha Myung-gyu first told me that extending a short nose too aggressively could make it look unnatural..!! He said there was a limit to what was possible with my nasal structure and that changes to the tip and nostrils had to be considered together. Rather than chasing height, he suggested lifting the drooping tip and reducing the bulbous-nose appearance. I decided to proceed because he was honest about the realistic limits haha. Early on, nasal congestion was more uncomfortable than pain, but at one month, only slight residual swelling remains. The line from the bridge to the tip is clearer than before, and the tip is slightly lifted, so it looks less short. From the front, the nostrils that used to look spread out have become somewhat narrower. I no longer need to emphasize my nose separately when applying makeup. A friend also said the tip looks slimmer than before lol. I still need to wait and see how the residual swelling changes, but I like the direction of the changes I can see now. I used to be somewhat greedy about the result, but after hearing what the surgeon said during the consultation, I think it turned out better because of it! It was the first time I realized that in cosmetic surgery, wanting more unconditionally does not necessarily lead to a better result! Thank you so much, doctor~~
