Three-month review after surgery for a bulbous nasal tip

At first, I was stressed and anxious because of sebum control and residual swelling, so I searched this community extensively. I’m sharing my honest three-month progress in case it helps anyone deliberating like me. I wanted to improve my blunt-looking nasal tip and generally faint nasal bridge line. Rather than a flashy nose that obviously looked operated on, I wanted a naturally defined, sharp look suited to my facial proportions. At one month, I thought the external swelling had gone down a lot, but in photos there was still thick residual swelling and scar tissue beside the bridge and around the tip, making it look slightly blunt. My skin also became very sensitive and sebum production increased, which was difficult. But after passing the difficult three-month mark, it changed dramatically! The bridge swelling settled completely and the line became much slimmer. From the front, the width of the blunt tip decreased considerably, and from the side, the nasolabial angle line from the bridge to the tip became smooth and well defined. For anyone worried about swelling or skin issues early after surgery, time really is the best medicine, so I recommend leaving it alone and waiting patiently.
