Revision rhinoplasty / review of correcting a deviated nose, columellar asymmetry, and a crooked columella. Since my nose had undergone many surgeries, this time the most important things were preventing any further problems rather than simply becoming prettier, and properly correcting the frontal asymmetry and crooked columella caused by the previous surgery. After the previous surgery, my nose looked crooked to one side and even the columella was deviated, which caused me severe stress for almost two years T_T. I hesitated because there were not many reviews of Wont, but during the consultation they explained that instead of changing everything unconditionally, they would preserve what could still be used and correct the areas I was dissatisfied with, so I decided on surgery. They kept the existing silicone, lowered the starting point of the bridge slightly, raised the tip a little, and corrected the frontal asymmetry and columella together. After surgery, before applying the splint, they showed me a photo. The columella that had stressed me for two years was centered, and the frontal asymmetry had been corrected. That was when I was most surprised. It has now been over a month since surgery. The symmetry is holding well, and I’m satisfied because the bridge starting point and tip line feel the way I wanted. Most importantly, I can breathe better than before surgery, so I’m happy. Since this nose has had several revision surgeries, I don’t consider this the final result yet. I’ll keep watching how it settles as the residual swelling goes down. I’m leaving this review in case it helps people like me who find choosing a clinic difficult because they have had many surgeries, or who are worried about frontal asymmetry and a crooked columella after previous surgery. I also hesitated until right before surgery because there were not many revision reviews, but if you have similar concerns, it might be worth adding this clinic to your consultation list. Once it fully settles after a few more months, I’ll upload a long-term update.
