The clinic facilities were clean and comfortable overall, so my first impression was good. The interior also felt well maintained, and I had no facility-related discomfort during the consultation. However, I remember the doctor repeatedly saying that my eyes were relatively small compared with the size of my face. They explained that surgery could improve them compared with now, but that overall my eyes would probably look ordinary and natural. I appreciated that the consultation seemed realistic about what was possible. Personally, though, I prefer eyes that are a little larger, more defined, and more glamorous rather than natural and ordinary, so I felt the proposed direction differed somewhat from what I want. The facilities and general environment were fine, but I think the style I personally want is most important for eye surgery, so I plan to consult a few more clinics before deciding.
