The director has very strong personal preferences, so I imagine some patients may not match the style, but I actually liked that aspect. They explained clearly what could be improved and what was limited, allowing me to adjust my expectations realistically, and I think that made me more satisfied after surgery. Since aftercare is important for a lifting procedure, they took good care of me every time I visited. Overall, it seems like a good hospital. The staff were professional, which I liked.
