I made a consultation appointment but waited all day. I watched the same before-and-after plastic surgery program video about five times in the lobby, then went straight into the doctor’s consultation. (Usually the order is coordinator > doctor > coordinator.) Dr. Im Pyeong-jin explained everything very well and gave detailed explanations of how the surgery would proceed and what would change, so I was very satisfied with the doctor’s consultation. But the problem was the coordinator’s consultation. lol. This place really needs to replace the coordinator. The consultation suddenly felt like a factory-style dermatology clinic rather than a plastic surgery clinic. They promoted the doctor by putting down other hospitals and saying this doctor was the best. Of course, perhaps they were confident, but from the listener’s perspective it was unpleasant. Waiting when I arrived, playing the same plastic-surgery beauty program endlessly in the lobby, and the somewhat older-looking age range of the people waiting were all fine. The doctor consulted very well, so everything was good up to that point, but after the coordinator’s consultation I was extremely disappointed with the clinic T_T
