Both the director and the consultation coordinator kindly explained the surgery in detail. I liked that they thoroughly explained which procedures could not achieve the eyes I wanted, and which procedures would be necessary to create them. The wait was about 30 minutes, and the waiting room was spacious and comfortable. I thought it was unusual that they took photos before the consultation even though I had not decided whether to have surgery. I was also a little surprised when they asked me to decide whether to have surgery by the day of the procedure. I did not proceed because it cost more than my planned budget, but the director seemed nice.
