The hospital desk atmosphere was as intense as I had seen while doing my research. An experienced manager was loudly scolding another manager, and I could hear it from where I was sitting at the front. And overall, they just seemed unfriendly... But the doctor was really kind!! First of all, he looked a bit handsome and friendly, so I could ask questions comfortably. But the way he used a toothpick to set the line was a little... I was curious whether there was a separate reason for that.
