I had rhinoplasty at [Clinic A], haha

There were hardly any reviews of [Clinic A], so I am leaving this in case it helps T_T The doctor pursues a natural style, but will accommodate detailed requests, so be sure to mention all your preferences!!! A major advantage is that they do not place nasal packing. They apparently use a splint only when osteotomy is performed. I consulted at several well-known places, and everyone was kind, but the doctor at [Clinic A] drew so artistically that I immediately booked surgery that day lol. The doctor drew my nose twice by hand and made them identical in one try... Of course, I did not decide solely on that; I chose it because the doctor's aesthetic matched mine haha. My biggest goals were to eliminate the pointed appearance when smiling, the dorsal hump, and the droopy-looking shape. I did not want a higher bridge, so I had only the line smoothed out and raised the tip with septal cartilage! The line seems to be a straight-in line. I said I did not want an upturned ski-slope nose, and the doctor seems to have handled it accordingly haha. A rounded tip seemed to suit me, so I think they slightly brought out the columella and performed alar cartilage suturing? Honestly, I was terrified of complications and agonized over it. Even while lying on the operating table with my nose hair being trimmed, I was in maximum panic mode, wondering whether to cancel. But afterward, it was so satisfying that thinking that way felt funny lol. My features have never been especially dramatic, and that kind of styling or image does not suit me, so I like this degree of change. Some people may ask whether it is worth spending several thousand dollars for just this much change, but I hope everyone finds the right clinic and has a successful surgery!
