My first surgery was 10 years ago using ear cartilage. I was fairly satisfied immediately afterward... T_T But as time passed, the tip gradually drooped, the high starting point of the silicone kept bothering me, and it looked crooked as well...;;
I slightly lowered the silicone height, raised the tip, and also had nasolabial angle correction. The material was autologous costal cartilage. I'm one month out, and the droopy-looking tip line has settled smoothly. The columellar curve also seems to have turned out as I wanted. I think the aesthetics of the tip and bridge line are excellent.
There is still some residual swelling, so I need to wait and see, but I'm satisfied even now. The scar on the rib-harvest side is also quite small, so it doesn't really bother me, which is nice~
