I had surgery for a large, long nose and a dorsal hump without an implant! I’m now three months post-op. My large nose, hump, and wide nasal bridge had always been complexes, so I had surgery with Director Kim Da-ahm at [Clinic A]. I was worried osteotomy would cause a lot of bruising after surgery, but the bruising and swelling were not severe, so I was happy to return to daily life sooner than expected! Most of all, I’m very satisfied that my hump, nasal asymmetry, and drooping nasal tip were improved so naturally haha. The swelling seems almost gone, but a little remains, so I think it will look even prettier once it subsides further. I already like it now, but I’m looking forward to the final result!
