I have some nasal obstruction, so I am also looking into functional rhinoplasty, but honestly, cosmetic improvement is more important to me than the functional aspect. From the front, the tip looks blunt and slightly spread out, giving me a bulbous-nose appearance, so my nose looks generally wide. I would like it to look naturally straight. I am currently considering [Clinic A], [Clinic B], [Clinic C], and [Clinic D]. I am mainly looking for a place that is good with masculine nose aesthetics and bulbous-nose correction. What do you think? I have made a list of places with fairly good reviews.
