I requested a natural result, and it turned out so natural, exactly as requested, that I am very pleased. From the consultation, I trusted them because they recommended a shape suited to my face. I also found it reassuring that they logically explained whether the shape I wanted would suit my face. After surgery, I liked that they provided thorough care such as swelling lasers, and that the clinic was clean and comfortable. I liked that the coordinator consulted with me for about five minutes, and the director handled the remaining 20–30 minutes.
