A few years ago I had contouring surgery in all 3 areas here, then had revision surgery somewhere else. I asked them to leave the angle of the square jaw, but they said it had to connect to the chin, so they had to shave down the angle of the square jaw too, and after that I ended up with a totally square-jaw look.. and my salivary glands became very visible haha.. On both sides it became asymmetrical, and on one side the line connecting the chin and the side jaw formed a secondary angle, so it became bumpy like stairs, and from the side it looked like a witch jaw, with the chin dropping sharply
