Nose Re-Surgery

I still had the hump and bulbous tip after my first nose surgery, so I eventually had revision surgery

Even after my first surgery, it was genuinely stressful to keep seeing things that needed fixing every time I looked at my nose. The hump was still visible, and from the front the tip was blunt, while the nasal axis was slightly crooked... I often wondered what had really changed from before surgery. I absolutely did not want another surgery, so the second time I searched extensively for places that were good at revision rhinoplasty and had my revision surgery with Dr. Choi Tae-jun at Wona Plastic Surgery. The existing silicone implant was replaced, and I used donor rib cartilage plus my existing cartilage for the tip. This time, we corrected all the parts I disliked, including the hump, bulbous tip, and crooked nose. What I like most about my nose now is the side profile. Before, the hump in the middle of the bridge made the line look kinked once, but after removing it, the bridge flows straight from the bridge to the tip. There is also a noticeable difference from the front. The bulbous-tip impression that remained after my first surgery has decreased, the tip now has shape, and the axis that looked crooked is straighter than before, so my nose looks much more balanced in photos. I wanted a naturally elegant look with a slight touch of glamour rather than a nose so natural that it did not look operated on at all, and I like that it is exactly that. Since this was revision surgery, I was actually more worried about getting an ambiguous result again than about becoming prettier. So these days, the best thing is that I no longer start by looking for things to fix when I look at my nose, lol. Now that the hump and bulbous tip that bothered me continuously after the first surgery have been corrected, I finally feel that my nose surgery is over.
