Basically, lol, my nasal bridge was really broad and I had a bulbous nose, so I feel like I did everything possible in my first surgery. Osteotomy to narrow the bridge + silicone under 3 mm + alar reduction + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. No wonder the first surgery cost a fortune. I had it done six years ago, and honestly, I like it. I was lucky. But since silicone and cartilage remain inside the body, I have been looking into complete removal because I worry about complications as time passes. I genuinely do not want anything inserted—not rib cartilage, not any minced material, nothing T_T. Of course, because the bones were cut, I cannot return 100% to my original nose, but I am a little worried that the tip might spread out. My original tip was a round, wide bulbous nose. It is still a long way off, but I am waiting with August as my target. The only time I can take a week off work is my summer vacation in August. I want silicone removal, ear-cartilage and septal-cartilage removal, and cartilage repositioning. Could anyone tell me how many days you wore the nasal cast and when you returned to work after having this done? I want August to come quickly so I can have it removed!

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 21 I still had the hump and bulbous tip after my first nose surgery, so I eventually had revision surgery
Even after my first surgery, it was genuinely stressful to keep seeing things that needed fixing every time I looked at my nose. The hump was still visible, and from the front the tip was blunt, while the nasal axis was slightly crooked...
