I had a hump-nose operation two years ago, but as time passed my columella looked long and the nose felt so straight, almost masculine down to the bone, that I was truly upset. I looked into revision surgery and it has now been a little over a month since my operation at Onyx Plastic Surgery~ I wanted to keep the height about the same as after the previous surgery while softening only the line. My ideal was a clean, straight-curved line with a subtle, not overdone lift.. My double eyelids had completely loosened and the upper eye area was sunken, so people often said I looked sleepy. Since I was having my nose done, I decided to operate on my eyes at the same time. The director accurately assessed my nose and pointed out only what was necessary without over-treatment. We decided to use autologous costal cartilage at the tip to improve the long, blunt appearance! The swelling is settling and the line is taking shape, and overall it seems to have come out in line with my aesthetic, so I am extremely satisfied. My eyes look more defined too, and everything seems to suit my nose well, haha.
